ORDER RECOGNITION AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION 

When you make a purchase you will automatically receive an order confirmation for your order. However, it is only when you have received a shipping confirmation that your order is approved and sent. In the rare event that an item purchased is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as we discovered this.

 

WITHDRAWAL

You as a customer have right to within 14 days return your purchase and get full repayment for the products. The 14 days is from the day you pick up your order. This also applies to products with reduced price. You need to pay for the return shipping fee. Your original shipping fee will be refunded to you. 

 

SALES TO MINORS

Neuw Denim do not sell products via our webshop to minors, under 18, without guardians permission.

 

PAYMENTS

CREDIT CARD

For European orders we accept VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard, Diners and American Express. To make sure your online shopping experience is safe, all transactions are made in collaboration with Klarna or Paypal. Klarna and Paypal are certified by the banks and card operators to handle safe payment transactions. Neuw Denim do not store any credit card data, these are handled by Klarna and Paypal.

 

INVOICE

You can also choose to be invoiced for your purchase. Credit information based upon your personal security number is obtained and a comparison between this and the address you are registered on is made to secure that the correct person made the order. This means that you will not be able to have your order sent to any other address than the one you are registered on. The invoicing service is handled by Klarna. You will find further information when you have chosen this mean of payment at the Checkout. The invoice is sent together with the products you have ordered. A fee is added at the checkout prior to you sending the order. You will be allowed 14 days to pay your invoice from the day the shipment was sent from us.
